At Aveno, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.
By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms stated below.
1. General Policy
➤ Please review your order details carefully before confirming your purchase.
➤ Orders once shipped cannot be canceled.
➤ Customers are advised to keep their tracking details until delivery is completed.
➤ Shipping, cash-on-delivery (COD), and handling charges are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
2. Eligibility for Returns
A return may be accepted under the following conditions:
➤ The item must be purchased directly from Aveno.
➤ The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
➤ Original packaging must be intact.
➤ Return requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be approved.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
➤ You must record a clear unboxing video showing:
=> The sealed parcel
=> The shipping label
=> The issue with the product
➤ The video must be continuous and unedited.
➤ Claims without an unboxing video cannot be processed.
Items that appear used, altered, or tampered with will not be eligible for return or refund.
4. Return Process
➤ All returns must be approved by our support team before sending the product back.
➤ Products sent without approval will not be accepted.
➤ Once the returned item is received, it will be inspected for quality and condition.
5. Refund Policy
➤ Approved refunds will be processed after inspection.
➤ A handling fee of PKR 50 per item may be deducted from the refund amount.
➤ Shipping, COD, packaging, or promotional material charges are non-refundable.
Refunds may be provided through:
➤ Direct transfer via Easypaisa, JazzCash, or bank account upon request.
Refunds are usually processed within 24–48 hours after verification.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
➤ Used or damaged products
➤ Items without original packaging
➤ Products returned after the allowed time period
➤ Clearance or sale items (unless damaged or incorrect)
